Grace Notes is known for our excellence in client care, creativity, and community engagement. We aim to contribute to the advancement of the music therapy field while making a meaningful impact on the well-being of our clients in the Tulsa community. 

Grace Notes’ mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients through music therapy. We aim to empower individuals to overcome challenges, achieve their therapeutic goals, and find joy and healing through music.

Individual Sessions

Grace Notes Music Therapy uses evidence-based practice to address individuals with several diagnoses and populations which include:

  • Developmental, neurologic, psychiatric, and geriatric.

  • Individual sessions are offered in-person for
    30-minute or 45-minute sessions. Sessions are offered virtually should it be deemed necessary.

  • Individual sessions address an individual’s goals in sensorimotor, physical, cognitive, pre-academic, academic, communication, social, emotional, and behavioral.

Adaptive Music Lessons

Individual music lessons focusing on piano skills, basic music theory, and piano repertoire.

Group Therapy

Group music therapy services are designed to address the social, emotional, and communication needs of an individual. Group music therapy sessions are offered in-person for 45 minutes or virtually for 45-minutes.

  • SoCom Teens: Connecting teens through group ensembles and creative music-making interventions. This group focuses on communication, appropriate social skills, and identifying and expressing emotions to their peers.

  • SoCom Young Adults: Connecting young adults through music making, social games, social stories, and songwriting. This group focuses on communication with others and life skills.

  • SoCom Online: Bringing together young adults virtually. Join us as we explore social stories, songwriting, and music making experiences.

Specialized Programs

With the help of Beyond the Spectrum, OK, Grace Notes is able to provide free group music therapy sessions throughout the year. Look for the class registration on Facebook!
